Great Dads

AMERICA’S FATHERING CHALLENGE

Men across America are waking up - getting excited about their role as husbands and dads. There is a great deal of talk about family values. All this is wonderful. But, little is being done to give men the practical training they need in order to be the fathers they would like to be. They receive training for everything else, yet for one of their most important responsibilities - the lifelong job of being a dad - they get no training at all.

BENEFITS OF THE SEMINAR TO DADS

Each father who attends will:
  • Examine all that God expects of him as a father.
  • Learn the “The 6 Basics of Being a Great Dad” and how to put them into action.
  • Discover the JOY of fathering and practical ways to experience that joy daily.

“The 6 Basics of Being a Great Dad” A Biblically Based Seminar To Motivate & Train Fathers to be GREAT DADS

Since 1996, over 29,000 dads have been “trained” at over 900 churches, community centers, military bases, and correctional facility host sites around the USA and several foreign countries.  The seminar is conducted by a certified Great Dads associate typically on a Saturday morning for four hours (other times can be equally effective).

SEMINAR CONTENT

The GREAT DAD seminar focuses on “The 6 Basics of Being a Great Dad”, presenting key principals and many helpful, practical examples. It is scripturally based throughout and emphasizes the centrality of prayer and forgiveness. A lively presentation featuring voice, music and video clips speaks clearly to the heart of each dad. Participants develop their own Action Plan and are given the opportunity to commit to being a GREAT DAD.
